Starting in West Elizabeth today folks..
We’ll start at Manzanita Post for the challenges today. We can pick the hummingbird sage, head to Blackwater then fish and hunt.. Let’s get into it…
Hummingbird Sage
Manzanita Post is the Fast Travel post we will start from today. You can find a patch of hummingbird sage just to the north of the building. It’s within the fence. There are another couple of patches just east of here too. Look on the map at the word Manzanita. One patch is above the ‘N’ and the other is on top of the ‘Z’. You should get all five plants from these spots.
Seagulls
From here, ride towards Thieves Landing. Check the bridge for a seagull or two. If you don’t get both from there then the outcrop of land opposite where the path forms a circle is always a good spot for seagulls. Just make sure it’s daylight and they will be there.
Blackwater and Bass
Ride north to Blackwater and visit a shop. Find and help a beggar to tick off the help someone in need challenge. We’re going bass fishing so pick up some crickets or worms. Smallmouth Bass will take the special river lure too if you have it. Head to the Upper Montana River. There is a patch of islands just before the river meets the lake. One of the larger islands has a tree on it. If you fish the channel near the tree you should get smallmouth bass.
Finishing off
Grab your repeater and head into a showdown to get the three player kills. That’ll do it for today…

5 ANIMALS TRAMPLED – Kill 5 animals by running over them with your horse. Shallow fish filled water is good for this, or mercy kill wounded animals by running them down. Also try Turkeys.
1 HELPED SOMEONE IN NEED – These are the dynamic events that happen in free roam such as Rescues, Kiddnappings and escorts. Saint Denis and the surrounding area are good spots to try and find one. This is a tough one though. Total RNG.
5 HUMMINGBIRD SAGE PICKED – Northern Scarlett Meadows is a good spot. Or try just south of Manzanita Post for another great spot.
3 PLAYER KILLS WITH A REPEATER IN SHOWDOWNS – Join a showdown through either the main or quick join menus. Equip your repeater and get kills with it. Takedown and Shootout series work best and you need to be in the lobby before the match starts for the kills to count
2 SEAGULLS PLUCKED – Gulls can be found mainly across Lemoyne. Saint Denis and Bluewater marsh are good locations to check. There are three types of seagulls and all count. You can also find them around the shores of Flat Iron Lake
3 SMALLMOUTH BASS CAUGHT – The cove on Flat Iron lake near the islands west of Rhodes is my go to spot. Crickets are the best bait but they will take worms.
VISITED A SHOP IN BLACKWATER – Simply head over to Blackwater in West Elizabeth and go to one of the shops or the butchers. Easy Gold!
