Starting in West Elizabeth today folks..
We’ll start in Blackwater for the challenges today. We can get some coffee, hunt our way over to Gus then head to Lemoyne for Whooping Cranes. Let’s get into it…
Coffee
Start in Blackwater. There is a coffee pot where you can get coffee at the camp just behind the post office. Walk up to the camp, be friendly to the locals and then take some coffee. Drink all three cups whilst you are here to complete the challenge.
Gus
Gus has a camp at the southern end of Tall Trees. Hunt your way across the Great Plains to gather items to sell to him. When you get there, sell the items to him. You can use his campfire to cook the pork you collected yesterday from the Peccaries. If you don’t have any to cook, then you can get some from wild boar when we go to Lemoyne for the Cranes..
Whooping Cranes
Ride to Manzanita Post and then Fast Travel to Lagras. The swamps here are a good place to hunt Whooping Cranes but I find a better spot is round in the eastern part of Bluewater Marsh. They tend to stand at the water’s edge, but you can sometimes see them flying overhead. They can be tricky to find but if you stay in this area you will find a couple of them eventually.
Finishing off
Head into an Elimination Showdownand try to get the Melee kills. That’ll do it for today…

Quick Guides
3 COOKED SEASONED PORK – Pork can be got from Pigs and Boar. Both are common in the wild all over the map, especially at night. Boar can often be found in Bluewater Marsh & Scarlett meadows. For Pigs try Cholla Springs. Then head to a fire, season up that pork and cook it up.
3 CUPS OF COFFEE DRUNK – Coffee can be looted or bought from the store. Head to a fire to brew it and then drink! If you’re anything like me, you need 3 cups in the morning just to get going
DISTANCE TRAVELED LEADING OWN HORSE – Walk up to your horse, focus on it and press the lead button. Walk the distance required leading your horse by the reins.
FINISH SHOWDOWN IN ELIMINATION SERIES – Enter an Elimination match from the start or quick join menus. You will have to be in the lobby before the match starts and play all the way through for this one to count.
5 ITEMS SOLD TO GUS – Go to Gus at one of his camps across the map and sell him any items. Pelts, feathers and other animal parts all count towards this. Harriet is gonna be mad at you!
3 PLAYER KILLS WITH MELEE IN SHOWDOWNS – I recommend defensive ability cards for this one if you have them. You will have to be in the lobby before the match starts for the kills to count. Try and get melee kills during the match
2 WHOOPING CRANES PLUCKED – Whooping Cranes can be found in the wetlands of Lemoyne. Bluewater Marsh is my go to spot to hunt them. They can be found all around the outskirts of Saint Denis.
