Starting in New Hanover today folks..
We’ll start in Valentine for the challenges today. We can get the Blackberries and the Pike before heading to Lemoyne for Huckleberries. Let’s get into it…
Blackcurrents
Start in Valentine. There are blackberries above and below the ‘N’ in the word Valentine on the map. There are some more near Lucky’s Cabin too. One patch is next to the cabin under the ‘L’ in Valentine and the other is over near the ridge, under the letter ‘V’. You should easily get five picked from these spots.
Pike
Ride over to Cattail Pond. The pond is full of pike. Use a lure or spinner to target them and you’ll hook one in no time. How long it takes to catch, well, that depends on how good a fisherman you are.
Evergreen Huckleberries
Fast Travel to Lagras. There are Huckleberries next to Harriet, usually a couple of bushes. Pick those then continue round the bend and there are some more on your right hand side. There are some more under the ‘M’, the ‘A’ and on top of the ‘R’ of the word Marsh on the map. Plenty of berries to pick to complete the challenge.
Blood Money
Both Joe and Anthony are nearby. Check your map. Joe is over near Emerald Ranch and Anthony is either in Saint Denis or just outside Rhodes. Ride up to them, talk with them and accept and complete a blood money mission.
Finishing off
Snap a picture of your horse, Posse up and complete a Bird Shooting Contest then join a Free Roam Event and get those kills from the hip. That’ll do it for today…

1 BIRD SHOOTING CONTEST COMPLETED – Bird shooting contests can be triggered by a posse leader in the Posse Vs Menu. Join a Posse and have the leader start the contest.
5 BLACKBERRIES PICKED – West and South West of Valentine is my go to spot for Blackberries. There are 2 bushes near the lone building under the word ‘Valentine’ on the map. One under and one above the N and one above the T.
1 BLOOD MONEY CRIMES COMPLETED – Speak with Joe, James Langton or Anthony Foreman. Accept and complete one of the Blood Money missions.
5 EVERGREEN HUCKLEBERRIES PICKED – These berries can be found most commonly in Lemoyne. The banks of the Kamassa River have lots of bushes with the berries growing on them.
1 NORTH AMERICAN PIKE CAUGHT – Pike can be found in the Northern Rivers. It’s best to use River lures or special spinner, you may struggle with food bait. The Northern stretch of The Dakota River is good Cattail Pond is also worth checking
1 PHOTOGRAPH YOUR HORSE – Get your camera (the original works fine) out and take a snap of your equine companion. You may have to be a few steps back and have the horse centre frame to get it to register.
PLAYER KILLS FROM THE HIP IN FREE ROAM EVENTS – Free Roam events are every 45mins and you must be in free roam when one is due to start to be invited. Kill players with any firearm without aiming down the sights. Use Paint it black and a shotgun and overcome that muscle memory
