Starting in West Elizabeth today folks..
We’ll start in Blackwater for the challenges today. We can ride down to Thieves Landing and get the English Mace, go to Stillwater Creek for the Panther then up to Cumberland Forest. Let’s get into it…
English Mace
Start in Blackwater and ride down to Thieves Landing. There is a patch of English Mace next to the ‘L’ and under the ‘A’ of the word Landing on the map. There is another patch to the north of the ‘H’ in Thieves if you need it.
Panther
There is a Panther that spawns at Stillwater Creek. It’s more common after dark so wait for nightfall and then hunt around the creek. It’s pot luck as to whether it will spawn or not but if you ride to and from the creek you can usually get it to spawn in.
Cooked Seasoned Mutton
Travel up to Valentine. There is a farm to the north of the town called Chadwick Farm. There is a pen that has sheep in it. Use your lasso and your knife to kill and skin the sheep. This will get the knife kills and the mutton in one go. Head back into town and use the campfire next to the butcher to season and cook the mutton.
Wintergreen Berries
Head up to Cumberland Forest. There are two patches of Wintergreen berries below the ‘C’, and another below the ‘B’ in the word Cumberland on the map. There are some more between the ‘O’ and ‘R’ in the word Forest. Pick the five that you need for the challenge.
Finishing off
Join a Posse and complete the infighting. That will do it for today…

5 ANIMALS KILLED WITH A KNIFE – You can mercy kill wounded animals with your knife, rope them and kill them with your knife, or just find small, slow animals, equip your knife and use melee to kill them. Toads, Turkeys and Chickens are good targets.
3 COOKED SEASONED MUTTON – You get mutton from sheep and rams. White hat you can hunt for Desert Rams in NA or there are Rams on the mountain slopes of Ambarino. Or black hat and go to Emerald Ranch at night. Head to a fire and season up that mutton and cook it.
5 ENGLISH MACE PICKED – English Mace grows near the banks of the San Luis River. You can pick it up from Thieves Landing down through New Austin. Above ‘Plainview’ on the map is a good spot.
1 PANTHERS KILLED – A Panther spawns in the forest south of Braithwaite Manor. Night time is by far the best for spawning. If you’re in a busy server you will struggle.
POSSE INFIGHTING COMPLETED – Join a posse and have the posse leader start posse infighting via the Posse Versus Menu
1 POSSE JOINED – Check the posse menu in the player menu and look for an open posse. Join it. If you can’t find an open one, use the Posse Up option from the main menu. This will put you into a posse but that doesn’t count for the daily. Simply leave and rejoin to complete the challenge
5 WINTERGREEN BERRIES PICKED – Cumberland Forest is my go to spot for Wintergreen berries. Above the ‘U’ and above and below the ‘B’ on the map there are patches of berries
