Starting in New Hanover today folks..
Van Horn is the place to start for today’s challenges. Wild mint and Pike can be found just to the north of the town. Then it’s a short ride south to get the toads. Let’s Get into it…
Wild Mint and Pike Fishing
Start in Van Horn and follow the shore north until you are in line with the buildings from the farm. There is a patch of wild mint here. Pick all the plants here then head to the water’s edge. There are loads of pike in the river. Catch one, then follow the water round to the railway line where you will find another patch of wild mint. Pick the rest of the plants that you need to complete the challenge.
Western Toads
Follow the railway line south into Bluewater Marsh. There are loads of toads around the marshes here. Copperhead landing and the mud between where the railway crosses the water and the bridge is a good place to look.
NPC Enemies Dragged from Horseback
Whilst you are riding around, keep an eye out for a lone traveler. Lasso him off his horse then release him. He will most likely get mad and want to fight you. Check your minimap and when he turns red, rope him again and drag him behind you for the required distance. Don’t have hangman as an ability card and go reasonably slowly and you should be able to get the full distance needed from the one enemy.
Finishing off
Posse up and complete the herb picking contest then head to camp to change the camp theme. Then load into an Elimination Showdown and try to finish in the top three. That will do it for today…

1 CAMP THEMES UPDATED – Head to camp and talk to Cripps at the Wilderness Outfitters. Change your camp theme. If you have already updated it, you can switch between purchased themes and it will count.
DISTANCE NON-PLAYER ENEMY DRAGGED FROM HORSEBACK – Easiest way to do this one is to aggravate a lone local who is riding his horse. When the red dot appears on the mini map, rope him and drag him the distance
1 HERB PICKING CONTEST COMPLETED – Herb picking contests are accessed in the Posse Versus menu. Form or join a posse and have the leader start the contest.
1 NORTH AMERICAN PIKE CAUGHT – Pike can be found in the Northern Rivers. It’s best to use River lures or special spinner, you may struggle with food bait. The Northern stretch of The Dakota River is good Cattail Pond is also worth checking
1 PLACE TOP 3 IN ELIMINATION SHOWDOWN – Load into an Elimination match either through the Quickjoin menu or the main menu. Play a match from lobby to lobby and try and place in the last 3. If you suck at PvP HIDE!
2 WESTERN TOADS COLLECTED – Western toads can be found on the banks of lakes, rivers and in the wetlands of Lemoyne. Bluewater Marsh is a great spot for them
5 WILD MINT PICKED – Wild Mint is common in Marshes and along the banks of streams and rivers. My go to spot is the ‘V’ of Valentine on the map and a bit further up the bank of the river
