Starting in Ambarino today folks..
We’re starting in Colter for today’s challenges. Climb Mount Hagen then visit the Weaponsmith in Valentine before hunting some wolves then travelling to Van Horn. Finally it’s into Lemoyne for some fishing. Let’s Get into it…
Visit the Peak of Mount Hagen
Start in Colter Ride south to Mount Hagen then follow the path to the top. Ride back down and head for Valentine.
Valentine
Head to the Gun Store to customise your weapon. You can switch the wrap on one of your guns for free to complete this challenge.
Wolves
There are wolves in Cumberland forest if you need them, but the best and easiest way to do this challenge is to load up The Wolfman bounty mission if you can. Go to Cumberland Forest now if you need to, but don’t start the bounty until the end.
Visit Van Horn and Fishing
Head back to Valentine, or if you never left just head straight to the fast travel post and travel to Van Horn. That should complete both visits.
Ride into Lemoyne and fish for Bullhead Catfish. Corn is the best bait and either the water south of Copperhead Landing or Legras are good spots to fish.
Finishing off
Target lone riders to Lasso them from horseback or try that in your Story mission. Load into the Wolfman Bounty if you still need wolf kills. That will do it for today…

5 BULLHEAD CATFISH CAUGHT – Bullhead Catfish can be found in the swamps of Lemoyne. Corn is the best bait to use for them . They are most active when it’s raining.
GO ON-CALL AND COMPLETE A STORY MISSION – Join and complete a story mission by using the Quick Join menu (left on the D-pad and scroll down). Select ‘Story Mission On-Call’ to start Matchmaking.
5 NON-PLAYER ENEMIES LASSOED FROM HORSEBACK – Lasso NPCs whilst sat on your horse. I find this easiest to do during resupply missions or camp defences. Gold Health Core’s help as you get shot a lot. The Lawmen in Saint Denis count too.
VISITED THE PEAK OF MOUNT HAGEN – Climb to the top of Mount Hagen in Grizzlies West, Ambarino.
VISITED VALENTINE AND VAN HORN IN 30 MINS – Visit both locations within 30 real world minutes. You can ride between them, but just pay the fast travel and get on with your day.
1 WEAPON CUSTOMISED – Head to a gun smith and if you have already purchased a wrap for one of your guns, simply remove it and replace it. Easy Gold!
3 WOLVES KILLED – Wolves ambush you at certain points on the map. The ambushes are more common at dawn and dusk. Scratching Post, NA, is my go to spot. Also try Tall Trees or Big Valley. You can also try the Wolf Man bounty if you have access to it.
