Starting in West Elizabeth today folks..
We’re starting in Strawberry for today’s challenges. We need to head to Owanjila, then speak with Sean before heading to Emerald Ranch. Let’s Get into it…
Visit Owanjilla Dam and Sean Macquire
Strawberry is your nearest fast travel location to the dam. Ride over to the dam to tick off the visit. Open your map and check for Sean. He will either be in Tall Trees or Quakers Cove. GO and speak with him and accept and complete the mission he gives you.
Goats, Beef and Bats
Head to Emerald Ranch. There are usually two goats in the chicken coup and you can get the beef from there too. Wait until after nightfall and the locals won’t get the law involved. From here, head to Elysian Pool. Behind the waterfall at the north of the pool is an entrance to a cave. There are bats here. Collect three of them then head to Van Horn and use the campfire behind the saloon to cook the beef you got earlier.
Finishing off
That just leaves the boat and the long range kills. The Kamassa is your best bet for finding a row boat but there will be ones on the Lannahechee too. Steal one and row the required distance. Find a roadblock or some other mission and get the long range kills. That will do it for today…

2 ALPINE GOATS KILLED – Alpine goats are domestic animals so look at Ranches or Farms Rathskeller Fort in New Austin is also a good location.
3 COOKED SEASONED PRIME BEEF – Prime Beef can be got from Bison or Cows. Bison can be found in the Great Plains of West Elizabeth or the Heartlands of New Hanover. Cows can be found at several ranches around the states such as the one near Mattock Pond in Scarlet Meadows or Emerald Ranch.
DISTANCE ROWED A BOAT OR CANOE – Find a Rowboat or a Canoe and travel the required distance. The area between the East bank of Flat Iron Lake and the islands is a reliable place to find a boat.
3 LITTLE BROWN BATS COLLECTED – Check the cave entrance behind the waterfall at the northern shore of Elysian Pool. Dusk to Dawn is best. You can also see them flying around the skies of Bluwater Marsh at night.
5 NON-PLAYER ENEMIES KILLED AT LONG RANGE – Revenue Agents, Trader Resupply NPCs and Del Lobos are good for this. Pick a spot at range and pick them off. A scoped rifle will help. You can tell if they count as distance kills as an XP award notification pops up.
1 SEAN MACQUIRE MISSIONS COMPLETED – Sean Macquire can be found near Quaker’s Cove in the Great Plains or in Tall Trees. Ride to him, accept and complete the mission he gives you.
VISITED OWANJILA DAM – Head to the dam at the Eastern end of Owanjila lake over near Strawberry. Easy Gold!
