Starting in New Austin today folks.. 

There is a fair bit of travel involved for Today’s Daily Challenges. We need to go to New Austin for Condors and then up to the Grizzlies  Let’s get into it…

Condors Plucked

Fast Travel to Tumbleweed. There are plenty of Condors on the outskirts of the town. There is a reliable spawn point to the West of town, near the railway on the way to Cholla Springs. There are another couple of good spawn points as you take the path south out of town. If you are really struggling, head to Rathskeller Fort. When you have found and plucked two of them, head back to the fast travel post in Tumbleweed.

Visit Mount Hagen and Train Clerk Mission

Fast travel to Colter and then ride south to the peak of Mount Hagen. Get the visit done, check your map and look for Angus at Wallace Station. If he is there then ride down the mountain and speak to him. Angus is one of the train clerks so accept and finish the mission he gives you to complete the challenge. If Angus is not there, then check Valentine Train Station for Alden. He is another one of the train clerks so you can head to valentine and complete that mission instead.

 Finishing Off

To finish off today we need to join a free roam event that is PvP focussed. You can check the events schedule here to see what is coming up. Make sure you are stocked up on throwing weapons and are in a free roam lobby when the eventis due to start to get an invite. Get the kills then finish the event and join an Elimination Showdown. Play through the match to the very end and then head back to free roam to cook some provisions. You should have ran the distance required by now, but if not then go for a jog. That will do it for today.

2 CONDORS PLUCKED – Condors can be found flying in the skies of New Austin. They are fairly common and easy to spot. Check the road heading east out of Tumbleweed near the train tracks. Fort Mercer is also a good spot

DISTANCE RAN – Simply run, on foot for the distance required. Nice easy gold!

FINISH SHOWDOWN IN ELIMINATION SERIES – Enter an Elimination match from the start or quick join menus. You will have to be in the lobby before the match starts and play all the way through for this one to count.

3 PLAYER KILLS WITH THROWN WEAPONS IN FREE ROAM EVENTS – Free Roam events happen every 45mins and you need to be in a free roam lobby when one is due to start to be invited. Join one of the PvP events and get kills with thrown weapons. Railroad Baron and Dynamite are a good combo

5 PROVISIONS COOKED AT CAMPFIRE – Find a fire, cook anything from the “provisions” tab on the craft/cook menu. This one is easy gold!

1 TRAIN CLERK MISSIONS COMPLETED – The Train Clerk is one of the strangers who issue free roam missions. He can be found at major railway stations. Simply visit him, accept and complete the mission he gives you.

VISITED THE PEAK OF MOUNT HAGEN – Climb to the top of Mount Hagen in Grizzlies West, Ambarino.
