Starting in New Hanover today folks..

The poor folks at Emerald Ranch are in for a rough day because of today’s Daily Challenges. That’s the best place to get both Cows and Sheep before looking for a posse and a trip to New Austin. Let’s get into it…

Emerald Ranch

Fast Travel to Emerald Station and then ride down to the ranch. There are cows and sheep there. Wait until nightfall to do your rustling and you’re more likely to avoid detection and any trouble from the law. Kill and Skin the sheep and cows then head back to the fast travel post and Fast Travel to Armadillo.

Cooking and Fort Mercer

Ride up to Fort Mercer from Armadillo. At the back of the fort is a campfire you can use to cook the prime beef you got from the cows earlier. There is plenty of Oregano around the fort if you are short on herbs for seasoning.

Finishing Off

To finish off for today you will need to join a posse. You can do this by checking the nearby list on the quick menu for an open posse. Another option is to use the Posse Up option form the main menu. If this does put you in a posse, it won’t register for the challenge. Simply leave the posse and rejoin to get it to register. Have the leader start up a hunt the leader from the Posse Vs menu and that will complete the challenges for today

Quick Guides

3 COOKED SEASONED PRIME BEEF – Prime Beef can be got from Bison or Cows. Bison can be found in the Great Plains of West Elizabeth or the Heartlands of New Hanover. Cows can be found at several ranches around the states such as the one near Mattock Pond in Scarlet Meadows or Emerald Ranch.

3 COWS SKINNED – Emerald Ranch, The ranch just north of Rhodes, and the ranch just north of the tunnel near Heartlands Oil Fields are all good places for cows. Kill and skin them at night to reduce your chances of attracting the law.

1 HUNT THE LEADER COMPLETED – Hunt the leader is a Posse Vs. Start or join a Posse with more than one member and have the leader start the match.

3 PLAYER KILLS IN FREE ROAM EVENTS – Free roam events occur every 45mins. You need to be in a free roam lobby when one is due to start to be invited. Join a PvP focussed event and get 3 kills

1 POSSE JOINED – Check the posse menu in the player menu and look for an open posse. Join it. If you can’t find an open one, use the Posse Up option from the main menu. This will put you into a posse but that doesn’t count for the daily. Simply leave and rejoin to complete the challenge

3 SHEEP SKINNED – Emerald Ranch is the easiest place for sheep. Wait for night to avoid the law and kill and skin the sheep from the pens. if they’re not there, just change lobbies until they are.

1 VISIT FORT MERCER – Fort Mercer is in Rio Bravo, NA. It’s a short ride from Armadillo. Simply visit the location to complete the challenge.
