Starting in New Hanover today folks..

Bard’s Crossing is a good place for today’s daily challenges. It’s good for fishing and you will find geese there too. Conveniently, it’s right next to Flatneck Station too. Let’s Get into it…

Geese and Fishing

Bard’s Crossing is the place to be today. It has a good variety of fish and there are geese there too. Ride down to the mouth of the Dakota river and keep an eye out for Geese. There are usually some sitting on the water. If they are in the deeper water then shoot near them first to spook them, then shoot them when they get over land.

Fishing here is good too. Along the stretch of river and heading just into the lake are Trout, Rock Bass, Largemouth Bass, both types of Pickerel and Bluegills. Just keep switching spots, bait and lures and use dead eye to target specific types of fish until you have all five.

The Boy

The Boy is one of the strangers and he can be found at Flatneck Station. Just ride up from Bard’s Crossing and talk to him. He will give you a mission. Finnish the mission he gives you to complete the challenge.

Finishing Off

Hop onto your horse and use the menu wheel to change your clothing. Go into your satchel and eat five herbs. You can also eat them as you pick them if you don’t have any on you. I like to eat ones that are regular daily challenges that get full, like snowdrops or Rams Heads.

That’s all the PvE stuff done so now it’s time to tackle the PvP. Load your explosive ammo and jump into a Showdown. Get your three kills with explosive ammo and that will count towards the challenge. Then there is just the Free Roam Event to place in and that’s you done for the day. Happy Friday!

CLOTHING STYLE UPDATED – Head to a wardrobe and change your clothes wardrobes can be found in Tailors and the back of general stores. If you have an outfit stored on your horse, then just swapping outfits is the easiest way to get this one.

2 GEESE SKINNED – Geese can be found flying overhead in New Hanover and Lemoyne. Try near Bards Crossing or Heartland Overflow. Dusk and Dawn seem to be good times for them to be flying over head.

5 HERBS EATEN – Either eat herbs you find in the world or if you have them already in your satchel you can eat them from there.

PLACE TOP 3 WITH A SCORE IN FREE ROAM EVENTS – Free roam events occur every 45mins. make sure you’re in a free roam lobby when one is due to start to be invited. Join an event, play the objective to score points and try to finish in the top 3. Bit of a time gate on this challenge.

3 PLAYER KILLS WITH EXPLOSIVES IN SHOWDOWNS – Load into a Showdown and kill players with dynamite. It will only count if you are in the lobby before the match starts. Takeover and Shootout series seem to be most reliable.

1 THE BOY MISSIONS COMPLETED – The Boy is one of the strangers. He can be found at Flatneck Station. Ride up to him, accept and complete the mission he gives you.

5 TYPES OF FISH CAUGHT – Use different baits and lures in different places to target different types of fish. Swamps have different species to lakes so try swapping spots to get the variety
