Starting in New Hanover today folks..
We are in and around Valentine today. The town, the surrounding areas and Cumberland Forest have almost all we need.
Blackberries and Feathers
Head to the area just south of Valentine. Lucky’s Cabin has three blackberry plants around it. There is also another directly below the ‘N’ of Valentine on the map and one a little above it. Pick all five plants and keep an eye out for birds to hunt whilst doing it. Get the five plants and feathers then head back into town to the butcher to sell the feathers.
Cooking and Coyotes
There is a campfire opposite the butchers in Valentine. Use that to cook up 5 provisions then ride up to Cumberland Forest. Hunt Coyotes in the forest. Kill and skin four to complete the challenge.
NPC’s killed at Range and Trampled
There is a gang hideout in Cumberland Forest. Use a sniper rifle and take up position as far away from the camp as possible. Kill 5 of the enemies from a distance. You will know if it counts as there is an XP gain for getting ranged kills so keep an eye out for the pop up. You can also trample some of the gang members if you like, but I like to pick on lone riders. If you Lasso them off their horse they will turn hostile, then you can trample them.
Finishing Off
All that is left to do now is complete a Shootout Showdown. This can be done via the quick join menu or the main online menu. It has to be a Shootout game mode and you will most likely have to be in the lobby before the match starts and play through to the lobby of the next match to get it to register.

5 BLACKBERRIES PICKED – West and South West of Valentine is my go to spot for Blackberries. There are 2 bushes near the lone building under the word ‘Valentine’ on the map. One under and one above the N and one above the T.
4 COYOTES SKINNED – Coyotes can be found anywhere except the snowy mountains of Amborino. They are more common at night. Find a pack, kil lem and skin em.
FEATHERS SOLD – Sell Feathers at the butchers. Look for any birds, kill em, pluck em and head to the butchers for that Easy Gold!
FINISH SHOWDOWN IN SHOOTOUT SERIES – Load into a Shootout series PvP match*from either the main or quick join menu. You’ll probably have to go lobby to lobby on this to get it to register.
5 NON-PLAYER ENEMIES KILLED AT LONG RANGE – Revenue Agents, Trader Resupply NPCs and Del Lobos are good for this. Pick a spot at range and pick them off. A scoped rifle will help. You can tell if they count as distance kills as an XP award notification pops up.
5 NON-PLAYER ENEMIES TRAMPLED – Trample NPCs with your horse. Thieves Landing NPCs are good for this one, or enemies in bounty missions or resupply missions. If you want to be “artistic” about it hogtie 5 NPCs and put them in a line and ride over them
5 PROVISIONS COOKED AT CAMPFIRE – Find a fire, cook anything from the “provisions” tab on the craft/cook menu. This one is easy gold!
