Starting in West Elizabeth today folks..
Great Plains has most of what we need for today’s challenges. The area to the south of Blackwater, by Flat Iron Lake has three patches of Wild Mint and four patches of Oregano. That should be enough to get you all five plants for both challenges. Drop down to the lake for a spot of fishing. You can catch Pickerel here to break down for flaky fish meat. There are two campfires at the houses by the road that leads south out of Blackwater. Take your pick which one you use to cook up the fish. From here, ride across Great Plains and look for Prairie Chickens. When you have found three of them head towards Manzanita Post. After Dark you will find Racoons there. There is an ambush point to the west of Manzanita post, if you’re lucky that will spawn in for you. Keep the last guy alive and lasso the poor fella. You can wait a second or two and lasso him again and it will count. Have your fun with him before putting him out of his misery. That should do it for the day. Good Luck out there!
3 COOKED SEASONED FLAKY FISH – Flaky fish meat can be got by breaking down fish in your satchel. Pickerels, and Bass will give you flaky fish meat when broken down. Pick up some herbs, head to a fire, season and cook to get that gold.
5 NON-PLAYER ENEMIES LASSOED FROM HORSEBACK – Lasso NPCs whilst sat on your horse. I find this easiest to do during resupply missions or camp defences. Gold Health Core’s help as you get shot a lot. The Lawmen in Saint Denis count too.
2 NORTH AMERICAN RACCOONS SKINNED – Raccoons can be found across Lemoyne, New Hanover and West Elizabeth. They are more common at night.
5 OREGANO PICKED – Oregano is a common herb all over the map. A good spot to get all 5 is along the north bank of the Dakota River just round the bend from Caliban’s seat.
3 PRAIRIE CHICKENS SKINNED – Prairie Chickens can be found in the Great Plains and The Heartlands, usually flying over head. Shoot 3 of them and skin them.
1 SUCCESSFULLY FENDED OFF AN AMBUSH – Ambushes happen randomly at certain points around the map. Ride past a spot and hope it triggers. Check out tge excellent work of u/thirdlegacy red_dead_online_event_map_ver2
5 WILD MINT PICKED – Wild Mint is common in Marshes and along the banks of streams and rivers. My go to spot is the ‘V’ of Valentine on the map and a bit further up the bank of the river
