Quick Guide
Starting in West Elizabeth today folks..
The area West of Wallace Station, along Little Creek River is a good place to start today. There is a bear up there and the Violet Snowdrops. The ‘A’, ‘N’,and ‘T’ of Wallace Station all have clusters of plants near them, plenty to get all five for the challenge. Try eating them as you pick them but check your challenge is registering them as mine stopped after the first one and I had to eat herbs from my satchel. There are plenty of squirrels and the like running around up here so keep an eye out for them as you hunt the bear. Next, ride down to the Dakota River for some fishing. Catch 5 with live bait. You can break the fish down from your satchel too for the challenge. Check if Sean is in Tall Trees or Quacker’s cove then ride to him. Accept and complete the mission he gives you then hop into a showdown with a full dead eye core to finish for the day. Good Luck out there!
1 BEARS KILLED – Bears can be found in several locations, West of Wallice station is a good spot. So is the Southern end of Tall Trees. Find one and kill it.
5 FISH CAUGHT WITH LIVE BAIT – Catch fish using your fishing rod and live bait (worms or crickets). These can be bought from the bait shop.
5 HERBS EATEN – Either eat herbs you find in the world or if you have them already in your satchel you can eat them from there.
3 PLAYER KILLS IN DEAD EYE IN SHOWDOWNS – Whilst playing in a showdown series, kill players whilst in dead eye. I’ve found the “shootout” series to be most consistent when getting these kills to count.
1 SEAN MACQUIRE MISSIONS COMPLETED – Sean Macquire can be found near Quaker’s Cove in the Great Plains or in Tall Trees. Ride to him, accept and complete the mission he gives you.
5 SMALL ANIMAL CARCASSES BROKEN DOWN – Small animals such as squirrels or chipmunks can be broken down by going into you satchel, clicking over to the materials tab then highlighting the small animal. Small fish also count for this one
5 VIOLET SNOWDROP PICKED – I go to the glade under the “WALLACE” of Wallace station for mine. Just watch out for the bear! The banks of the Dakota River North of Cumberland falls and Cumberland Forest are good spots too.
